The attached photo is of Harold Clark and he has been coming since July 14th, 2015. He is on a rather unique mission to try absolutely everything on the Ilario’s menu and he is getting closer all the time. He has tried 33 so far and he has reviewed everyone one of them. And I must say he is a very tough critic. He pulls no punches, but he really likes a lot of our dishes. Everybody knows somebody and amongst all our great fans, I know someone out there knows a friend or relative who needs a job. Please send them our way!! We are in desperate need of kitchen help in all areas. Line cooks, sautee cooks and hand tossed pizza makers are all welcome. While we prefer experienced individuals, if we find someone who has the desire to learn and really needs work, we will consider training them. Please keep in mind, because of government regulations we can not hire individuals under 18 to work in the kitchen. The only exception to this rule in in the dishwashing area. If you know of anyone, please send them to the restaurant to fill out an application and set up an interview. Thanks in advance for your help and consideration. See you next time you stop in!

This is a scene that became all too familiar in 2016 and that is due entirely to all our wonderful customers! As we start the new year we wanted to take just a moment to thank all of you, our loyal Ilario's fans for blessing us with your support and patronage. Three years ago when we opened Ilario's we never imagined that we would become as much a part of Kyle as we have become. During that time many of you offered constructive insight that helped mold us into the restaurant we are today. In reality, you have had as much to do with who we are as we have. For this we thank you and from all of us at Ilario's, may you have a wonderful and prosperous 2017!
